• The KORAIL PASS is for the individual named on the pass only.
• Selling or transferring the pass to a third party is illegal and will incur additional charges.
• Improper use of the KORAIL PASS for purposes other than its intended use may result in additional charges ranging from 10 to 30 times the normal fare.
• Seat reservations are also available at the Travel Center in each train station, but due to long queues, online reservation in advance is recommended. (Seat reservation is not possible at ticket machines/kiosks within the station)
• "Select Pass" is valid only within 10 days from the reservation date.
• "Select Pass" - You cannot purchase a new "Select Pass" ticket within 10 days of your first use. If you wish to repurchase, please do so after 10 days have passed.
• The pass cannot be used if the name on the PASS differs from the name on your passport. Please ensure your name is entered exactly as it appears on your passport. (Resale and lending to third parties are prohibited)
• Information cannot be changed after reservation.
• When boarding the train, you must carry your valid KORAIL PASS (printed or mobile screen), passport, and printed seat ticket (if a seat has been reserved). / Screenshots of seat tickets are not allowed
• If the ticket is sold out, you can board the train with a standing ticket by presenting your KORAIL PASS and a valid passport.
• No compensation will be provided for train delays or cancellations.
• Please check the availability of seats for your desired time and destination before use.
• Illegal use beyond the scope of authorized use will result in a penalty of 10 to 30 times the normal fare.
• Please note that using standing or non-reserved seats may be difficult during the Lunar New Year and Chuseok holidays and the days immediately before and after these holidays.

• Seat reservations can be made starting 30 days prior to your desired date.
• Reservations are not possible on public holidays and during the peak summer season. If you are unable to reserve a seat, you can use the KORAIL PASS as a standing or non-reserved ticket.
• KORAIL PASS seat reservations allow for 2 seat assignments per day. After using both assignments, you can travel without limitation as a standing passenger with a valid KORAIL PASS.
• Seat reservations for trains departing on or after October 2, 2025, will be available starting September 4th at 3 PM KST, when remaining seats are released.

• Vouchers are created as a single PDF per person.
• If purchasing multiple vouchers, you can download them all together in a ZIP file.
