This product is exclusively for foreigners; South Korean passport holders are not eligible to use it.
This ticket is valid only on weekdays, and the usage time is limited to a maximum of 3 hours.
It cannot be used on weekends and public holidays in South Korea.
For safety reasons, only those aged 12 and older are allowed to enter.
If you wish to make a group reservation for 20 or more people, please contact the cafe before booking.
Upon entry, you must sign a consent form, and outside food and drinks are strictly prohibited.
Please wash your hands or use hand sanitizer when entering.
If a cat scratches or bites you, we will provide first aid, but we do not take responsibility beyond that.
We are not responsible if a cat soils or damages your personal belongings.
If you disturb the cats, the staff may ask you to leave.
Cat feeding times take place twice a day at 13:30 and 18:30. This may be suspended depending on the situation on-site during the adjustment period.
Depending on the number of people entering the cafe, there may be a waiting time.
Please store your shoes, outerwear, and luggage in the lockers.
For the hygiene and safety of both the cats and guests, please change into indoor slippers and wash your hands before entering.
Feeding Time: Cat feeding times take place three times a day at 13:30 / 16:30 / 19:30. Due to the current adjustment period, this may be suspended depending on the circumstances on-site.

[Cat Etiquette]

Do not pull a cat's tail or other parts of its body.
You may gently pet a sleeping cat, but do not wake them up to play.
Do not disturb cats when they are eating.
Please keep quiet when the cats are resting, and do not disturb them.
Do not feed the cats or offer them treats without permission from the staff.
Do not use flash when taking photos, and be careful not to cause stress to the cats.
Cats are sensitive to noise. Please do not make loud noises.
Do not chase after the cats.
Do not hold or lift the cats.
