Minam Cruise is comprised of 4 floors. On the 1st floor Community Zone, you'll find the Minam Cruise 'Stamp Book'. Collect stamps here to receive discounts at various affiliated businesses. The 2nd floor houses a restaurant, offering delicious meals in a comfortable and spacious setting. This is also where the captivating saxophone performances take place. The 3rd floor is an indoor observatory with panoramic views through floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing you to admire Yeosu's landmarks. You can also enjoy a coffee break with dessert at the convenience store and cafe on the 3rd floor.

Boarding Procedure: Please *fill out the boarding report* on-site at Minam Cruise and present it along with your reservation details at the ticket office.
All passengers must submit a boarding report (Name, Date of Birth, Gender), and adults must bring a valid physical ID. (For minors, the guardian's ID can be used instead when accompanied by a guardian.)
If you do not have a physical ID, a photo of your ID on your phone or a copy of your resident registration certificate issued from an automated civil service machine is acceptable.
The cruise operates normally in the rain. However, a 100% refund will be provided if the cruise is canceled due to severe weather conditions.
The cruise may be canceled if the minimum number of passengers (30 people) is not met or due to worsening weather conditions.
Free parking is available for up to 300 vehicles.
Outside food and drinks are not allowed on board the cruise.
After making a payment through online reservation, requests for refunds on-site to apply other discounts are not allowed.
Pets are allowed to board (must be in a carrier).
Seats are not pre-assigned upon boarding.
Passengers must check directly with the terminal on the day of boarding to confirm if departure is possible.
The cruise departs normally even in rainy weather (Cancellation requests due to rain are subject to the standard refund policy).
Arriving after the departure time will be considered a same-day cancellation. (Tickets canceled on the day of use are non-refundable.)
