• You must arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled boarding time on the day of the experience. Failure to arrive before your scheduled time will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

• The cruise lasts approximately 50 minutes.

• The cruising route is subject to change depending on weather conditions.

• Infants under 24 months old can board for free, but they must have their passports. (Photocopies or photos on your phone are accepted)

• In the event of weather or special circumstances on the day of the experience, the tour may be canceled for safety reasons. In this case, a 100% refund is available.

• Tours will operate normally in rainy weather (raincoats will be provided). However, in the event of cancellation due to severe weather (strong winds, typhoons, or heavy rain advisories), a 100% refund will be provided.

• If you suffer from severe motion sickness, free motion sickness medication is available upon request.

• Pets are allowed to accompany you if they are in a pet carrier. (Pets board for free)

• Life jackets are mandatory for all passengers, and please let us know in advance if you require wheelchair access.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited on the yacht. Anyone caught smoking may face on-site fines.

• Simple beverages, excluding food, may be brought on board.

• No refunds will be given for failure to comply with boarding times.

• Depending on the number of bookings and times, we may request a schedule adjustment or change.

• On the day of your reservation, the operator may try to contact you via call, text message, or messenger using the contact information provided during booking to provide detailed directions. Please note that if you do not answer the call and fail to arrive by the scheduled time, it will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be given.

• Please make sure to arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time.

• Entry is not permitted without a ticket.

• Arrive at the center 30 minutes before departure → Fill out the boarding declaration form → Receive physical ticket

• Boarding begins 15 minutes before departure

• Please use the restroom beforehand, and wait at the boarding dock with your ticket

• Move to the yacht following the staff's instructions → Board

• If you fail to arrive at the center by 5 minutes before departure, it will be treated as a no-show.

• The yacht departs strictly on time. Please understand that we cannot wait for late arrivals as it would cause inconvenience to other guests.

• Due to the nature of famous tourist attractions, parking and traffic can be very congested. Please make sure to leave early with plenty of time!
